Jerry was preceded in death by his older brother Dwayne. He is survived by a younger brother Douglas; they have many memories of their childhood on the farm.
Jerry married Alice Olson and had two children, Ivan and Colleen. He was a proud grandfather of Noah and loved to watch him pitch at baseball games. He loved dogs and horses, spent time later in life at horse auctions where one of his pastors is a part time auctioneer. He became involved with and attended Riverside Fellowship and Mission Center. He loved the pastors and people there. He also loved to talk with people and even on his death bed was trying to talk about the Twins and Vikings.
He was married to Geraldine Larson for 22 years and he loved her very much. He has many step grandchildren and had high hopes for all of them.
He was loved and will be greatly missed.
