Rolland LeRoy Abrahamson

Rolland LeRoy Abrahamson died Thursday (5/19/11) at Lakeside Medical Center at the age of 87. Rolland is survived by his sister Bernice Jennings of Rush City, sister-in-law, Donna O’Keefe of LeCenter, MN, 18 nieces and nephews, many good neighbors and friends, and his companion dogs Maxine, Gilmore, and Claudia, otherwise known as “the boys”. Rolland is preceded in death by his parents, Emil and Vera Abrahamson, his wife Shirley, his brother and sister-in-law; Harold and Ferne Abrahamson, mother-in-law Sadie Harer, brother-in-law George Jennings, brother-in-law and sister-in-law Audrey and Jay Behrendt and brother-in-law Del O’Keefe. A memorial service is scheduled for 11 a.m. Wednesday (5/25/11) at the Olson Funeral Chapel in Rush City. A time of visitation is scheduled for Tuesday (5/24/11) from 5 – 7 p.m. at the Olson Funeral Chapel. Inurnment will be in the St. John’s Lutheran Cemetery of Rush City.
