Brendan Mark Christenson

Brendan Mark Christenson, the son of Clarence and Julia (Spellman) Christenson, was born December 16, 1957, at Rush City, Minnesota.  He died at his home in Minneapolis, Minnesota on November 3, 2011, having reached the age of 53 years.  Brendan is survived by his children, Blake and Brooke, and their mother, Brenda.  He is also survived by sisters Diann & Joe Kirchberg of Pine City, MN, Pam Forness of St. Louis, MO, and Collette Christenson of Naples, FL; brothers:  Paschal & Jayne Christenson of Rock Creek, MN, Keiran Christenson of Conroe, TX, and Quentin & Lisa Christenson of Minneapolis, MN; many nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends.  He was preceded in death by his parents, Clarence and Julia Christenson, and his brother, Gerald.   Funeral services were at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, November 8, 2011 at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Pine City with Monsignor. Alexsander Suchan presiding.  Music for the service was provided by Kevin and Joanne Cahill.  Casket bearers were Chris Kirchberg, Paul Kirchberg, Darren Kirchberg, Nick Kirchberg, Chad Lester, Derek Lester, Sarah Gardner, Jessica Hovdesven, Trevor Christenson, Mac Christenson, Sam Christenson, and Ryan Christenson.  Inurnment was at Calvary Catholic Cemetery in Pine City.   Funeral arrangements were with the Funeral & Cremation Service, Swanson Chapel, Pine City, Minnesota.
