Melanie Kay Peterson

Mrs. Melanie Peterson of Columbia Heights, died Tuesday (3/20/12) at the age of 57. Melanie is survived by her husband Gary Peterson, sons: Christopher (Kristy) Wrolstad of Rosemount, Nick Wrolstad of Frederick, Maryland; 3 grandchildren, step daughters: Carrie (Brian) Moffet of Braham, Heather Peterson of Colorado; siblings: Gale (Dave) Cumbee of Isanti, John Jones of New Hope, Michelle (Steve) Halvorsen of Edina, Rebecca (John) Bush of Plymouth, many nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents Earl & Mildred Jones, and her sister Terry Brady. Reverend Charles Bergstedt will officiate the funeral at 11:00 a.m., Friday with visitation 1 hr prior at Plymouth Apostalic Lutheran Church, 11015 County Rd 15, Plymouth, MN. Melanie Peterson will be intered in the Hillside Cemetery in NE Minneapolis. Funeral arrangements are entrusted to the: Funeral and Cremation Service of Rush City; Olson Chapel.
