Joseph Henry Soukup

Joseph Soukup, age 94, of Pine City, passed away on Sunday, October 14, 2012 at the North Ridge Care Center in New Hope, Minnesota. He is survived by sons: Timothy Soukup and his wife Grace of Toronto, Ontario, Scott Soukup and his wife Ada of New Hope; grandchildren Jonathan, Joshua, Benjamin, Ryan, and Taylor; sister Lillian Reiser; sister-in-law Phyllis Montague; brother-in-law Roy Reiser, daughter-in-law Barbara Soukup of Minneapolis; many other relatives and friends. Joseph was preceded in death by his parents Henry and Emma (Pavek) Soukup; 1st wife Marie; 2nd wife Gladys; son Larry Soukup; sister Adeline Reiser. Reverend Bruce Thompson officiated memorial services for Joseph Soukup at 11:00 a.m., October 20th at Journey North Church in Pine City. Music was provided by Loren & Becky Montague and Virginia Shuey. Inurnment was at 10:00 a.m. preceding the memorial service in Union Cemetery of Hustletown.
