Evelyn Mary Larson

Evelyn Larson of Rush City died unexpectedly Sunday (2/17/13) at her home in Rush City at the age of 74 years. Evelyn Mary Rumpel was born March 6, 1938 to Alfred and Margaret (McGuire) Rumpel. She was born and lived her entire life in Rush City, MN. She enjoyed sewing, quilting, reading and tending to her pets. She is survived by her first husband, Frank Strelow and their two children: Mark Strelow of Rush City and Kelly Lindstrom of Woodbury; as well as five grandchildren: Jenny, Michael, Nick, Alex, and Mitchell, and three great grandchildren Jason, Jada and Mckayla and many couisns. She was preceded in death by her second husband Kenneth Larson, and her parents Alfred & Margaret Rumpel. Father Shane Wasinger will celebrate a Mass of Christian Burial at 2:00 p.m. this Wednesday (2/20/13) at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Rush City. A visitation and reviewal will be held one hour prior at the church. Inurnment will be in the Calvary Catholic Cemetery in Rush City.
