Lillian Clara Reiser

Lillian Clara Reiser was born to Henry & Emma (Pavek) Soukup on September 2, 1919 in Minneapolis, Minnesota. In 1940, she married James Klepsa. They were married for 14 years before his death in 1954. In 1962, Lillian married Ed Reiser. They were married for 17 years until his death in 1979. In addition to being a homemaker, Lillian raised five sons on the farm as well as working at Tobies in Hinckley. Lillian also worked at Fingerhut and General Fab. She was an excellent baker and she loved to sew and do crafts. Lillian Reiser died at Abbott-Northwestern Hospital on Thursday, July 18, 2013 at the age of 93. Lillian is survived by her children: Joseph (Judy) Klepsa of Brook Park, Richard (Shirley) Klepsa of Mora, Robert (Deb) Klepsa of Mora, Pamela (Pat) Murray of Hinckley, Joe (Cheryl) Reiser of Camarillo, California; daughters-in-law: Linda Klepsa and Joan Klepsa; 21 grandchildren, 40 great grandchildren, many other relatives and friends. She is preceded in death by her parents Henry & Emma (Pavek) Soukup, husbands: James Klepsa and Ed Reiser; sons: James and John Klepsa; infant daughter Mary Klepsa, brother Joseph Soukup, sister Adeline Reiser. Monsignor Aleksander Suchan will celebrate a Memorial Mass which will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, July 24, 2013 at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church in Beroun. A time of visitation is planned from 5:00-8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 23rd at the Swanson Funeral Chapel in Pine City with a 7:30 p.m. prayer and rosary services. Inurnment will be in St. Joseph's Calvary Catholic Cemetery of Beroun.
