Francis "Fran" James Pollom

Francis "Fran" Pollom, of Rock Creek and formerly of North Branch, passed away Monday, March 16, 2015 at the Fairview-Southdale Hospital in Edina at the age of 71. Fran graduated from Mechanic Arts High School in St. Paul, attended St. Paul Vocational and spent the majority of his work life as a gas/diesel mechanic. In his early years, Fran enjoyed boxing and riding motorcycle. Fran is survived by his life partner Loretta Lundstrom, sister Ann Faffler of Inver Grove Heights, daughter Loralie Hilgren of St. Paul, several nieces and nephews. Fran is preceded in death by his parents Frank & Jean (McCullah) Pollom, a son and his sisters Valerie Clancher and Mary Jean Janssen.
