Regena Gayle Hischer

Regena Gayle Hischer passed away at her home on Thursday, June 18 in Rush City at the age of 63. Regena was born to Elba and Edith Sizemore on April 9, 1952 in Welch, West Virginia. Regena is survived by her husband Dale, children: Debbie Hunter of West Virginia, Dale Hischer of Rush City, Melissa (Jim) Newburgh III of Isanti, 11 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren, siblings: Roger (Linda) Sizemore of Chicago, Doris (Dick) Schuch of Chicago, Peggy Dennison of Oklahoma, close friend Kelly Ann Hokanson of Rush City, many sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces and nephews. Regena is preceded in death by her parents, son Roy Hischer, siblings: Virgil Sizemore, Katie Calloway, Rita Banks, Mary Louise Sizemore, Jimmy Sizemore and Lenard Sizemore. Pastor Kevin Haseltine will officiate a funeral service for Regena Hischer; 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, June 23 at the Olson Chapel in Rush City. A time of visitation and reviewal will be held on Monday evening 5-8:00 p.m. at the Olson Chapel and one-hour prior to the service at the chapel. Interment will take place in the Birchwood Cemetery in Pine City, Minnesota.
