Dorothy Idella Peterson

Dorothy Peterson, formerly of rural Pine City, died Monday, April 20th at Grace Pointe Crossing West in Cambridge at the age of 83. She was preceded in death by her husband Russell and son David. She is survived by daughters Diane & her husband Howard Nelson of Hinckley, Vicki and her husband Mark Coughlin of Hugo, Denise Blumer of Minneapolis, Annette & her husband Bill Haddick of Cambridge, Cathy & her husband Jim Clune of Pine City, sons Ronald Peterson and his wife Joan of Walker, Mark Peterson and his wife Phyllis of Bismark, North Dakota, Dan Peterson and his wife Ann of Pine City, daughter-in-law Laurie Sukke of Coon Rapids, 27 grandchildren 25 great grandchildren, sister Ruth Geisler of Pine City, and brother Harlan Lange of Spokane, Washington. Funeral services are scheduled for 1:00 p.m. Friday, April 24th at Our Redeemer Lutheran Church in Pine City. Visitation will be from 5-8 p.m. Thursday, with an 8:00 p.m. Prayer Service, all at Swanson Funeral Chapel, and 1 hour prior to the service at the church on Friday. Burial will be at Hustletown Union Cemetery. Arrangements are with the Swanson Funeral Chapel of Pine City.
