Linda Kay Miska

Linda Miska died peacefully at her home in Rush City at the age of 69 years. Beloved wife, sister, mother, grandmother, and friend. She will be sadly missed by all who knew her. Linda's passion was her family. She was happily married to her husband Daniel for 49 years. She was very proud of her three children and was always actively involved in their lives. Her grandchildren were her pride and joy. Her favorite hobby was attending the sporting events of her children and grandchildren. She enjoyed cooking and sharing recipes with her children and friends. Shopping trips with her daughters and going to Red Lobster put a smile on her face. She also enjoyed her trips to the casino with her husband. At the end of the day, she always enjoyed a good book or magazine. Linda is survived by her husband Daniel of Rush City, children Craig (Jennifer) Miska of Ortonville, Stephanie Miska of Rush City, Nicole Miska (Fiance Jamie Griffin) of Chisago City, grandchildren Austin Miska, Dylan Fessenden, Nicholas Miska, Nathaniel Miska, Carson Fessenden, Sierra Silva, Traeson Griffin, Felicity Griffin and sister Lana (Jerry Walen) of Hugo. Nephews Tanner (Anna) and Zach (Annie) Walen. She is preceded in death by her parents Francis and Lucille Corrier. Funeral services for Linda Miska will be held at 11:00 AM, Wednesday, March 2, 2016 at First Evangelical Lutheran Church in Rush City. A time of visitation is scheduled from 5:00 - 8:00 PM Tuesday, March 1st, 2016 at the Olson Funeral Chapel in Rush City and one hour prior to the service at the church. Memorials preferred.
