Phyllis Jean Pulkrabek

Phyllis Pulkrabek died Saturday, May 7, 2016 in Eagan at the age of 77. She is survived by her four sons: Larry (Donna) Pulkrabek of Cloquet, Todd (Nancy) Pulkrabek of Alborn, Tom (Chris) Pulkrabek of Inver Grove Heights, Andrew (Adriana) Pulkrabek of Burnsville, grandchildren Olivia, Franklin, and Wilson Pulkrabek, brother Leroy (Judy) Alford of Bloomington. She is preceded in death by her husband Glen, parents Charles & Thelma (Hedlund) Alford, brother Richard Alford, brother-in-law Gary Pulkrabek, and a baby daughter. Deacon Mark Pulkrabek will officiate the memorial service for Phyllis at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday May 14, 2016 at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Pine City. A time of visitation will take place one hour prior to the service at the church. Interment will be in Calvary Catholic Cemetery in Pine City.
