Gladys Irene Coulter was born to Hugh and Avis (Severson) Coulter on July 6, 1928 in Lamberton, Minnesota.Gladys Brown of Pine City passed away Sunday, January 22, 2017 at Fairview Southdale Hospital at the age of 88.Gladys is survived by her children Bradley (Sandra) Brown of Princeton, Debra (Kim) Pearson of Clear Lake, Peter (Jeanette) Brown of Mahtowa, 7 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren, sisters Peggy Smith of Grand Rapids, Carol LaBrie of Arizona, son-in-law Ron Huckaby of Estacada, Oregon, many other relatives and friends.She is preceded in death by her husband Lester, parents Hugh and Avis (Severson) Coulter, daughter Nancy Huckaby, grandchildren Catherine, Cheryl, and Candy Brown, Aaron and Jeremiah Huckaby, sisters Betty Coulter, Ruth Stencil, and Frances Pantier, brothers John Coulter and Hugh Coulter.Memorial services for Gladys will be at 3:00 p.m., Thursday, January 26, 2017 with a time of visitation one hour prior to the service all at Swanson Funeral Chapel in Pine City.  Interment will be in Fort Snelling National Cemetery in Minneapolis in Spring 2017.Funeral arrangements are entrusted to: Funeral and Cremation Service of Pine City, Swanson Chapel.   www.funeralandcremationservice.com
