Vicki Lynn Skalicky

Vicki Lynn Skalicky of Crystal, MN passed away peacefully surrounded by family on Monday, January 30, 2017 at North Memorial Hospital in Robbinsdale at the age of 58.Vicki was born on September 21, 1958 at Rush City Hospital to Jim and Carol Norman. She graduated from Pine City High School in 1976, and then attended Pine Technical Community College for two years earning a degree in accounting. She moved to the Twin Cities in 1979 and worked for 21 years at Tennant in Golden Valley as a tool crib attendant. She was also self employed as a tax preparer. Vicki loved spending time boating and fishing with her friends, working in her garden, doing crafts and coming up north for family and friend gatherings. Vicki will be greatly missed by those who knew her.She is survived by her parents Jim and Carol Norman; brother Doug Norman; sister Sandra Norman (Kenny Stroeing); nieces Jennifer (Travis) Smith and Jackie (Joe) Miller; great-niece Sada Norman; great-nephews Hunter Smith, Austin, Dominic, Sean and Maverick Miller all from Pokegama Township; many cousins, aunts and uncles.Vicki is preceded in death by grandparents Axel and Helen Norman and Ray and Helen Scheuer.Funeral services are scheduled for 11:30 AM; Saturday (2/4/17) at the Henriette Free Methodist Church with visitation one hour prior.
