Evelyn R. Doft

Evelyn Doft, age 89, formerly of Pine City and a former teacher in the Pine City school district, died Friday, October 30th at Grace Point Crossings in Cambridge.  She is survived by daughters Donna Doft of Mpls., Karen (Doyle) Peck of Isanti, sons David (Virginia) Doft of Livermore, Colorado, Rodney (Sandra) Doft of Albuquerque, New Mexico, 4 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren, sisters Marie Brown of Duluth, Eileen Hammond of Wyoming, Mn., Faye Amaro of St. Paul, & Bernice Tiner of Wyoming, Mn. Funeral services are scheduled for 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, November 3rd at the Pine City Evangelical Free Church in Pine City with Salvation Army Capt. Robert Mueller officiating.  Interment will be in Sunset Memorial Cemetery of Minneapolis.  Visitation will be on Monday, from 5-7 pm at the Swanson Funeral Chapel and 1 hour prior to the service at the church on Tuesday
