Andrew "Andy" George Isaman

May 2, 1985 — November 3, 2024

Pine City

Andrew 'Andy' George Isaman, or to some 'Iceman', was born on May 2, 1985 to Terrell and Brenda (Swanson) Isaman of Harris, MN. He left us to find peace on Sunday, November 3, 2024.

Andy was baptized and confirmed at First Lutheran Church of Harris. He was always one to put others before himself and help anyone in need. He often brightened the day of others with his uniqueness and humor. He was genuinely and authentically himself, never once conforming to expectations of who others wanted him to be.

Andy was a nature enthusiast finding solace and adventure in the great outdoors, always seeking new trails to explore and breathtaking views to admire and find comfort in. Whether it was a serene walk through the woods or tubing down the river, he found joy in adventures and being around family and friends. Beyond his love for nature, Andy was a passionate music lover. He spent countless hours attending concerts and events, immersing himself in the energy of live performances. He appreciated a wide range of musical genres, always eager to discover new artists and sounds. Andy was awesomely inventive in his 'hick' style of rigging up contraptions that somehow always seemed to work out and be helpful.

Andy's genuine and kindhearted nature endeared him to everyone he met. He had an incredible ability to make others feel comfortable and valued, always offering a listening ear and a supportive presence. His infectious laughter and quick wit brought joy (and sometimes surprise!) to those around him, leaving a lasting impression on those who knew him. Andy will be so very DEEPLY missed by his family and friends. He was loved far more than he knew.

Andy is survived by his parents Terrell and Brenda Isaman; sister Jessica (Joey) Arrigoni; niece Mia Arrigoni; nephews Mason and Micah Arrigoni; maternal grandmother Margie Swanson; aunts and uncles Marilyn (Larry) Formella, Tim Isaman, Tammy (Dan) Good, Rhonda (Wayne) Farr, Shane Swanson, Shad Swanson; as well as many, many cousins.

He was preceded in death by paternal grandparents Bill and Lucille Isaman; maternal grandfather Kermit Swanson; uncle Darrel Isaman; aunts Judy Isaman, Pam Jones; cousin Stephanie Isaman; and brother Max (family cat).

Pastor David Stertz will officiate a celebration of Andy's life: 11:30 AM on Saturday, November 16, 2024 with a time for family and friends to gather one and one-half hours prior to the service, all at the Sunrise Bible Church in Sunrise, MN (41300 Second St, North Branch, MN). A luncheon for family and friends will follow.
