Diane Margaret Cadwell

Diane Cadwell of Rush City, formerly of Shoreview passed away Monday, April 17, 2023 at the age of 83.

Diane Margaret Poferl was born October 3, 1939 to Fred and Ruth (Cameron) Poferl in St. Paul, Minnesota.

On April 4, 1959 Diane married Bruce Cadwell at St. Andrews Catholic Church in St Paul.  Together they had two sons, Jeff and Greg.  Diane was employed as a personnel manager and in sales for Lynn Rose Fashion clothing store for 18 years.  Later she joined the real estate group Edina Realty, where she enjoyed another 18 years as a real estate agent.  Diane was a caregiver to many of her family members.  She and Bruce enjoyed their travels around the United States in their camper van. 

Diane is survived by her husband Bruce Cadwell of Rush City; sons Jeff Cadwell and Greg Cadwell both of Pine City; sisters Joan Fuller of California, Bonnie (Jim) Barton of Las Vegas, Nevada; many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents Fred and Ruth Poferl; brother Fred Poferl; sister Joyce (Larry) Huppert.

Father Matt Shireman will celebrate a Mass of Christian Burial for Diane: 11 AM; Thursday, June 15, 2023 with a gathering of family and friends one hour prior to the Mass all at St. Gregory the Great Catholic Church in North Branch.
