Eleanor "Ellie" Ann Moreau

Ellie Moreau of Rush City passed away Tuesday, March 1, 2022 at her home at the age of 88.

Eleanor Ann Hauge was born May 31, 1933 to Alvin and Alice Hauge in Moorhead, Minnesota.

Ellie is survived by her children Brian (Bernice) Moreau of Rush City, Julie Hedstrom (Harry Abercrombie) of Fargo, Jana (John) Edmondson of Phoenix, Jeannie (Steve) Lundstrom of Bellingham, Washington; 5 grandsons Michael Moreau, Jessie Lundstrom, Cole Moreau, Christian Hedstrom, Oliver Eskildsen; 2 granddaughters Anna Edmondson, Allie Edmondson; 5 great-grandchildren Michelle Moreau, Jezze Lundstrom, Maximus Lundstrom, Athena Lundstrom, Saylor Hedstrom; brother-in-law Ron Edberg of White Bear Lake.

She was preceded in death by her parents Alvin and Alice Hauge; husband Jim Moreau; sisters Genelle Edberg, Maxine Hauge.

Reverend Tim Renstrom will officiate at funeral services for Ellie: 11:00 AM; Thursday, March 10, 2022 at St. John’s Lutheran Church in Rush City. A time of visitation and reviewal is planned for one hour prior to the service at the church. The interment will take place in North Buffalo Cemetery, Moorhead at a later date.
