Elizabeth "Betty" Ann Barrows

Elizabeth "Betty" Barrows of Pine City passed away peacefully on Saturday, March 4, 2023 at Sophie's Manor Assisted Living in Pine City at the age of 88.

Betty was born on January 5, 1935 to Michael and Ann Carroll in Arlington, Minnesota.

She grew up in Arlington and moved to St. Paul when she was 17. Betty married her devoted and loving husband, Gary, in 1970. They raised 5 children together in the Anoka area before settling in Pine City in 1985. Betty loved pressing her luck at the casino, playing cards and dice with friends, and spending time with her beloved children and grandchildren.

Betty is survived by her husband Gary Barrows; children Michael (Angie) Cofield, Bill Cofield, Karen (Bob) Novak, Lesa (Bob) Lee, Jack Barrows (Cindy Ludwig), 8 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren.

A Celebration of Betty’s Life: 1-4 PM; Saturday, March 25, 2023 at the Snake River Fur Post Event Center; 12551 Voyageur Lane Pine City, MN 55063.
