Jeane Magnuson of Rush City, formerly of Columbia Heights, passed away Wednesday, August 29, 2018 at Edgewood Assisted Living in Blaine at the age of 99.
Jeane Irene Carolyn Olson was born July 14, 1919 to Olof and Adrina (Peterson) Olson in Saint Paul, Minnesota.
Jeane is survived by her children Mavis (Bruce) Ude of Belle Fourche, SD and Nancy (Paul) Laux of Blaine; 4 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; sister June Ruth of Prescott, AZ; sister-in-law Erna Olson of Saint Paul.
She is preceded in death by her parents Olof and Adrina Olson; husband Virgil Magnuson; brother Henry Olson; brother-in-law Milton "Ed" Ruth.
Reverend Dr. Vicki VanderVegt will officiate at funeral services for Jeane: 11 AM; Friday, September 21, 2018 at Calvary Lutheran Church in Rush Point. A gathering of family and friends is planned for one hour prior to the service at the church. An Eastern Star Service is planned for Jeane; during the visitation time at church.
The interment will take place in the Calvary Lutheran Northview Cemetery at the church.
