Lyle Simon of Rush City passed away on Friday, January 26, 2018 at Fairview Lake Regional Hospital in Wyoming at the age of 76.
Lyle David Simon was born January 30, 1941 to Kenneth and Berniece (Tripp) Simon in Belmont, Iowa.
Lyle worked construction for many years until his retirement. He had many other businesses to support his always growing family.
Lyle is survived by his wife of 57 years Betty Simon; sons: Richard Simon, John (Jodee) Simon, Kerry (Sherry) Simon, Gary (Ellie) Simon; daughters: Valerie Masurka and Robin Simon; 20 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren; brother Doyce (Judy) Simon; and sister Lois (Raymond) Wobschall.
He is preceded in death by his parents Kenneth and Berniece Simon; daughters Joanie and Debbie; and grandson Eric.
Funeral services for Lyle will be at 3 PM; Saturday (2/17/18) with a gathering of family and friends planned for one hour prior to the service all at the Rush City Community Center in Rush City.
