Richard "Dick" Martin Kelly

Richard “Dick” Kelly passed away Friday, July 12, 2019 at his home at the age of 76.

Richard Martin Kelly was born March 31, 1943 to George and Catherine (Curran) Kelly in Saint Paul, Minnesota.

Dick grew up in the Rice Street neighborhood, attended St. Bernard’s High School.  Dick recently retired, he had owned and operated his beloved bar and restaurant for 28 years. 

He will be dearly missed by his family and the many friends he made over the years.

Dick is survived by his loving wife of 40 years Jean Kelly of Pine City; children Patty (Todd) Delzotto of Eagan, Rick (Colleen) Kelly of  Inver Grove Heights, Larry (Chrissy) Zeug of Maplewood, Dean (Amy) Zeug of Rosemount, Leah (John) Moreland of Cottage Grove; grandchildren: Sammie, Zak, Korey, Andrew, Derrick, Brady, Cassie, Amber, Dalton, Alec, Marrissa, Joshua, Kaitlyn and Matthew; 4 great-grandchildren; brother Tom (Roxanne) Kelly of Forest Lake; sisters-in law Sue & Jane Kelly, many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Dick is preceded in death by his parents George & Catherine Kelly, son Jimmy Kelly and 5 siblings.

Father Nick Hagen will celebrant funeral services for Richard Kelly:  11 AM Friday, July 19, 2019 Church of St. Joseph in West St. Paul.  Interment will take place at Resurrection Cemetery in Mendota Heights.
